Hi all,
I will be updating the core software today through tomorrow. I will also be updating the Community with new features. What this means is we might experience some sporadic down times with the site. I will post here when everything's finished.

These will be the new features in the Community:

• Photo and video support for groups - Group members can now upload photos and videos to be shared among fellow group members
• Photo Tagging - Users can now tag their friends in any of their photos
• Featured Content - Site admin can now 'feature' any user, photo or video to give it a little more exposure
• Community Content Sharing - Users can now easily share their videos, photos, group bulletins and discussions with all the major social bookmarking services (digg, delicious, Stumbleupon, etc) as well as social networks like Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, LinkedIn, and more
• Friend Suggest - Users can instantly expand their network by adding friends with our 'Friend Suggest' tool
• Wall Post Notifications - Get notified when someone posts a new message or responds to an old message on your wall
• Additional Custom Profile Field Types

Thanks, Fabbs! Maybe these new features will make me visit the community more and be less of a forum hogger.. haha.

Is there a feature in the updates that will attach the APR url to any post here being copied and posted in another forum? Just asking .. bato-bato sa langit ..

I've updated the main site and the community main software. Now I am updating the applications (like photo gallery, video gallery, etc.) and modules. The Community will still look weird (layout glitches) but it's working great. I am happy to see the developers got smart and put the recipient's avatar on SENT mails, instead of our own! Plus you can share items to other popular networking sites...yey!

Again, still working. But the biggest tasks are done. Post any bugs that you find before I find them! Thank you!

Hello all,
I will be updating the 4 site softwares and their corresponding themes. This will entail a few days and there may be periods of down time. I am shooting for Friday, 20th for everything to be finished (before the Shoutbox Games!). The theme will have a lighter look, based on AP's favorable feedback towards my suggestion. Also, I am hoping to install a forum theme that is lighter in filesize, in response to feedback about slow loading, especially in Asia. You will be seeing the site change in stages; so don't be alarmed!

Whenever a site is updated, there may be times when you see old stuff because your computer is showing stored old versions of the pages. Since I've recommended often that clearing cache should be done regularly, I hope this won't present too much confusion!

FYI: This is not the "site improvement" AP has been hinting about. Hehe.
